The spring is sprung, the grass is riz.I wonder where the boidie is.They say the boidie’s on the wing. But that’s absoid. The wing is on the bird.
And if you weren't sure whether spring has arrived yet, I can confirm that the appearance of the daffodils in the garden, the first lambs of the year in the fields, and the somewhat raucous cackling of the Jackdaw's nest building in the trees here at RDMH HQ, tells us that it most definitely is here!

And what a lovely time of the year is is too. The feeling of warm sun on the face for the first time in months and those clear blue skies giving the first hints that the forthcoming summer might be a good one are certainly welcome things.
And when you get days like today, it just makes us want to GET OUT AND DO SOMETHING! And with the warmer weather and slowly rising water temperatures, the activity that is definitely back on the options list is gorge walking, woohoo! We LOVE gorge walking!
Of course, you may not be quite ready for a plunge in the gorge just yet, so how about a serene paddle on the lake?
Or perhaps a climb in the Langdales...
Whatever your preferred pace, we got an activity for you, and our Easter dairy is already filling up, so if you want to come and see the beauty of The Lakes in spring, get in touch and we'll book you in!
